I'm trying, I'm really trying, so don't kill me Uncle James!! Plurality voting is really stuck in my head now, oh no. >_< AND. Drum roll please...3 more days to the annual special event.... YOUTH DAY! Ha! Bet you thought I was going to zi lian and say that it is going to be my birthday. Oops. I've gone and said it now. So I won't mind if you present me with a lovely present on that day itself or the day after or a few weeks after depending on when I next see you. =D (Wish list further down. Scroll!) Oh well. The first week of school is finally over. Week one of every term always takes a great toll on me, and I feel really drained by the end of it. Transition phases and all! From the relaxed, slacking holiday mood, to the relaxed slacking studying mood. Which, as you realise, does not take much effort besides erasing one word and replacing it by another. As I've said, I'm trying, I'm really trying not to slack. =( The funnest thing of the week academic wise must have been Electives. As usual it was relaxing and we did cool stuffs. This time we did the mirroring thing, which I did with Qian Yu. Although we did not have much telepathy (she would always mirror my actions coupla seconds after I've done 'em), it was fun staring into each other's eyes. However, I don't face the problem that many of them faced. The unpleasant feeling of staring into people's eyes. I quite like staring into people's eyes. It allows me to catch a glimpse of what they are like through these "windows to their souls". Eyes are really interesting thing. It's just an organ which reflects light, yet through this light they reflect one's emotions. Although, randomly, eyelashes don't really make a difference, but sometimes people with longer eyelashes tend to give me a solemn, doeful feeling rather than those with shorter eyelashes. OK, so if you cannot decide what to buy for my birthday present, you might want to consider one of the following: 1) Simply present the money to me in the form of an hongbao :D 2) A one-year subscription to a magazine I enjoy, please. No mula to buy liao. 3) Book vouchers, which I'm rather in need of. 4) Any-shop vouchers, which I usually will have a need for. 5) An embodiment of kindness, beauty and gentility in the form/shape of a man. (Only Joking!) 6) A coupon saying: "Help for homework for the rest of the year", expiry date: None 7) A pair of knee-high boots for my cosplay. The list could go on, really, but I choose to restrain myself and stop at the lucky7. Yay. Things to look forward to when I'm 16: (I love making lists!!) 1) Having a totally new state of mind on July 3rd which enables me to be mature enough to truly appreciate the beauty of an NC-16 movie. 2) Being able to term my age as "sweet sixteen" 3) Only one more year before I can proudly buy "Seventeen" 4) I can have sex! (But I don't want to. OMG, the thought of the hymen breaking makes me want to puke) 5) I am one year nearer to heaven. 6) I am one year nearer to hell. 7) 16 is a cool number which also happens to be 4-squared, and also 2-cubed. WOW..... Ok, Ok, enough talking. So just, hang in there for a few more days, don't give up! And then you can wish me Happy Birthday! I just know you are bursting to! =D
