Coughing away..
At least I'm not sniffing away. So its not that bad. But its really terrible running with a cough and suffering from after effects of a fever. I want to be healthy again!!!!
Going around different blogs, I found some people blogging so much about Valentine's Day. But the funny thing is that, they are usually the ones who are not attached and has no real reason for celebrating Vday. So why do they have so much to blog?
Therefore, I concluded that these people are the type who are trying to conceal the fact that they are not yet taken up and therefore blogging away about how friends are more important and the presents you receive for them are enough to fill yours arms, rather than a hug from your lover and probably only one present.
Anyway, it's still normal that you do not have a stead or something at this age. Actually, I do not like the word 'stead'. Stead what? When people come together, they say they go steady. Why? Because their hearts are now steady, only belonging to one person? Or did this word come out from nowhere? I think either partner or girl/boyfriend is still better. More intimate, more natural.
Why is it that flowers are so well-liked as a present? Why don't they give fruits or something instead. They are definitely more useful. Pollen can cause allergies, petals fall eventually, and the flower will wilt. You might even attract a bee and it will sting you. So why do you people prefer flowers? Next time, just five the stalk lah. Cheaper, and still very creative huh? LOL.
Language is such a funny thing. If I did not know language, i would not be writing here and most definitely I would have no feelings about everything. But anyway, today's Japanese club lesson was the first ever Jap lesson I had, so it was sort of cool to me. Its like, when I think of how I will actually KNOW all those characters, all the wiggly lines and funny curves in a month or so, it's seems so farfetched. To me, now, they are just pictures the Japanese made up and I treat it more like an artefact than a language. But I doubt I will ever master it.
Cleo rocks this month. They have this guide for the 'down under' part, which was quite funny to me. LOL. I mean, they give you all these information you can only laugh about than do anything else about it. You should really start paying $4.20 on it if you don't already buy it religiously. Go do it now lah!
Maybe I should start some religion known as Magazinism. Tell people to worship magazines. They really influence you sometimes, you find yourself falling for something just because it looks nice in the magazine, or you spend big bucks because your horoscope in the magazine tells you so. People who don't read them have no life.
Coughing away now. Gotta eat some medicine and sleep.
Ta~
