Pissed off leh..cannot find the stupid site for the image hosting thing..long time never use already, so I sort of forgot the address (flashes you a sheepish and guilty look). Anyway, why do I want it? Its to post this picture of an activity which took place yesterday...pretty memorable..and sort of gives a good ending to this very hectic school year. Well, what exactly is this activity? Its this sort of 'one day tour' at the SPH aka Singapore Press Holdings. Really big and magnificent bulding. Sort of intimidating, especially to a shortie like SL...ahem ahem. Anyway, it started off bright and early, literally, minus the bright, considering its pretty dark and gloomy, but cast aside that, I awoke sleepily at 6am to get to school in time for 8am...thought I would be late, but in the end FM was later than me (woohoo!) and we also got to SPH far too early. Anyway, we reached there, then WLS told us we had to take a cab there. Like she gave us $10 and I initially thought it would be far from sufficient. But who knew? Me, jamie and yunxuan crammed into the backseat of the cab, as Jamie took far too much space, leading to me feeling squashed like sardines in a can (really, how can DEAD sardines even feel squashed?), and then when the meter jumped to $5, I announced that was like half the amount of money we have. And the taxi driver laughed! What an insult. But have to pei4 fu2 him lah, reached even earlier than FM's cab, which left about 3 minutes earlier. We were damn early. Only cost like, $8.70? Anyway, this will be a really long post if I continue focusing on DETAILS! We waited in the smelly, murky auditorium with only a cleaner who made an attempt to talk to us but was discouraged by our hostility. And then, alas, the other schools arrived, with a TEACHER. Well, at least RVHS also didn't have one. We sat behind this row of rowdy and might I add smelly guys, who were particularyl entertaining though. Makes up for their bad points. One of them reminds me faintly of a certain banana in our class :p We had several talks by reporters blah, my favourite behind that xin shang (admire) guy (his real name LAH) (pardon me, but my fingers are numb from cold), who is a photographer. A good one too. His pictures, often taking coincidentally, made the front page frequently. Hmm, then there is this really pretty and Japanese looking reporter, called Yi Min. And a friendly one called Miao Ying. The rest I don't really recall. What I do recall is that Luo Zhi Xiang's pictures appeared on the computer during our tour!! What a shock man...and also qian qian...SL's FAVOURITE. Anyway, we got back our qian tie bu, and I had to make a lot of effort to hide mine -_-|||. Don't feel like going into any more details. So at the end of taking photos, (in our new bao mi hua shirts) we went to j8. Me, SL, FM and yunxuan, to take neoprints. we ended up with a lucky misfortune and bought ourselves excluding yunxuan a 37D pencil case. Really cheap, since there's 20% discount. WOOHOO~ Hmm...then reached home pretty late. Around 8.00pm, since I live the furthest away..sueyness (however you spell it). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1) Enough about that. My sister is back safe and sound, besides the huge cast on her leg, covering like 90% of it? Hope I get to sign in. 2) Collected my school books today...the orientation package bag is like spastic, a dirty yellow colour with a weird face practically glaring you off, and also a....drawstring back. How orbid.. 3) The books were like HEAVY...the biology book, my favourite with cool pictures, has an astonishing number of pages. Op to 700+++!!!! The rest average a 500. 4) The remarks on the tagboard really makes my day. Besides the one Satan says I am Just Somebody though. Please mark the time in difference lor. I haven't been online for like, so long? Think I won't close my blog down anymore, just blog less frequently, and hopefully, intelligently. (= 5) With school restarting, I have like done nothing? Haven't clean up my room, (which i previously lied before on the blog that i did) and also haven't gotten my stationary blah ready. GRR... OK, think this is a relatively long post. Without anything nice to read about. So sorry for wasting your time...coming up soon...new year resolutions!!! signing off``
