Hi ((= I am here to blog again. I am currently trying out this game Ziye introduced to me (I managed to get her 10 gold by doing so), called Racing Frogs. Believe me, I will not last more than 10 days. In fact, maybe not even 3 days. You see, I do not really understand the concept of the game. However, I must admit my frog is cute (^o^) Today, I went to the library. Ya, alone. You know the one in Aljunied? I think that library totally rocks. Its not too small and not too big, and I just feel so close to it that I have simply fallen in love with it. I guess it is because I have many good memories there with the Lame Family? Anyway, I borrowed 8 books, with help from my sister's card :p But I realised we are both seriously in debt, hopefully the librarian won't find out? ;) I found many books which the magazines reccommend, like 'All I want is everything - a gossip girl novel', 'vegan virgin valentine', and several meg cabot books. You will marvel at the amount of new books they have there. I even borrowed a few self help books. They are really cool. In conclusion, I have found out that that library is the coolest thing to happen since blogging, and I expect myself to make more trips there often. Be sure to ask me if you want to go!! Yun Xuan says my blog has mo4 shui3. In other words, they spout wisdom. Do you agree? I don't really. I think it just comes sort of naturally, the thing I want to blog about. I was reading through one of the self help books, and they were talking about style? This reminds me of my earlier posts about changing, when you lose your individuality. If you realise, there is this current trend of being a 'princess'. Indeed, this has been aided by the fact that many fairytale like movies are popping out like mushrooms, aye? For example, Princess Diaries. Where a normal girl Mia Themopolis becomes a princess overnight, blah blah blah. Impossible, right? That's not what teenagers think! And then there's Ella Enchanted, A Cinderella Story, and oooh....mean girls. The plastics....and people start liking pink, which is the current colour of the trendiest people. Although I admit pink is nice, but most people are forcing themselves to like it! (In my opinion at least) And if you look around, you will see many people suddenly becoming princesses in their own minds. How many of you agree to this? However, I expect this trend to die off pretty soon, with the upcoming of influences from the media and of course, movies. Maybe soon there will be beach babes? LOL.. Anyway, I will very well stick to wanting to be a rock princess (hahahahaha)...I mean what can be cooler than learning the guitar? I am sooo envious of you, valerie...and it definitely fits my personality loads better than a girly glamourous girl who goes all sweet and demure, aye? By the way, Nicholas told me a way he said will help to hide pimples (but considering how his face looks....err....). The said method is to put powder on the pimple. You see its lighter than your skin tone and will blend in easily, and also, it helps to prevent bacterial infection. Pretty good idea huh? Can I remind people that blotters are for blotting and not wiping? Wiping will only allow the oil and bacteria to be carried from place to place, defeating the purpose of the blotters. So, remember please, beauty lovers. Anyway, this brings me to the topic of makeup. I am soo into blogging now. Ok, so people has to put on makeup someday, so don't say its icky gross or something. You must admit makeup does wonders somehow...my sisters have been known to put on makeup since their adolescent years, so you must be wondering what happened to me? Well, I don't know the difference from a mascara brush and a blush brush (no im kidding). The book I borrowed also said something about makeup, which make me feel rather interested. But hey, isn't it all a bit of a trouble putting heaps of something on your face, looking all unnatural and you know, too mature? I think I still prefer au naturel. What do you think? So I sort of despise those teenagers aged 12-16 I see on the streets who pile makeup on them thinking it makes them in and everything (of course, unless its necessary for you to do so). Stop spoiling your skin! Ok, this marks the end of my post as I have to go back to my froggy, rockprincess. Here I come, sweetie (for another 10 days or so)~ signing off``
