siann` while running today i tripped over rebekah..ouch* got abrasion..chao ji big one..hais..very very pain too, den yk helped me put alcohol swab lah, so very de pain lor...hahas...i was like REN3...LOL..some more enchik was around.. today was actually having a fever, but being the nice girl i am, i went for SJ lah..terrible PT lah..hahas..ran a total of 4 km around the route of 158 lor..hahas..^nice scenery^. LOL. but i fell mah, so din run the full journey..den we had TOC...boring lah..did stretcher for the firz time..den had topo...boring like mad lor.. hais..den a lot of people wanna quit le..no more sqd spirit at all lor..siann one lah..but no choice lah..cos of some reasons we are all lydat ymy.. oh well, and found out IPs dun need to go JNCO..should that be saddening or happening? HAHA..dunno lah... today very sian, nothing to do, some more still having headache..hopefully tmr will be better lah
